iv been to the doctors got exams and everything comes out normal ! i have no clue of what it could be,im thinking it has something to do with my diabetes, if someone knows what it could be please help me out !my pain is just like if i exercised all day , when i walk they don’t hurt but when im laying down or siting the pain comes back

my mom is diabetic.. i think u might have a pinched nerve or something..im pretty sure that if it was something to do with ur diabetes, then it would def show up on ur test results..dnt wry and hope u feel better xoxo
